Material Combinations (Optional)

Seal Faces: Sintered Silicon Carbide (SiC/SiC) or Tungsten Carbide (TC/TC) for maximum abrasion and corrosion resistance

Secondary Seals: FKM (Viton), FFKM, EPDM, or PTFE for extreme chemical compatibility

Metal Components: 316L, duplex stainless steel (2205/2507), or Alloy C276 for high corrosion resistance

Springs: 316L or Hastelloy C276, isolated from process fluid to prevent fouling

 

 

MOR LP-D Dual Cartridge Mechanical Seal a cartridge-mounted, dual-face, back-to-back balanced mechanical seal, engineered to meet API 682 (Arrangement 3) standards for critical process pumps handling hazardous, toxic, flammable, or volatile fluids. It features a fully pre-assembled cartridge design for reliable, zero-leakage sealing in demanding refinery, petrochemical, and chemical applications.

Bidirectional Rotation: No need to distinguish rotation direction during installation.
