Our company will send professional person to the site for installation and commissioning until the start-up is successful.
For maintenance,our company can send professional person to the site for seal disassembly so thatto reduce accidental sea damage. During the seal operation,our company will have regular or irregular proactive inspections, so that to detect and solve the possible problems timely. Others supports: Actively communicate with the design institute on the selection of sealing and flushing scheme, actively respond to the inquiry, technical discussion, drawing docking, and control the delivery date within 30 days
2.Preparation for spare parts
For those critical seals,(mainly refers to spare parts), even if the user has spare parts, our company still carries out a one-to-one standby warehouse for vulnerable parts(such as friction pairs and seal rings).
