MOR 5610 series is a heavy‑duty, single‑end, balanced cartridge mechanical seal designed for severe pumping applications in the mineral processing, pulp & paper, power generation, and chemical industries. Features
Stationary Multi‑Spring Construction
The springs are located outside the process fluid, preventing clogging from suspended solids and ensuring corrosion resistance. This design provides consistent spring force for reliable axial compensation.
Balanced Seal Face
Engineered with a balanced face geometry (load factor < 1), which minimizes friction heat generation and reduces wear. This allows the seal to operate efficiently under high pressure and high speed conditions.
