Features
1. Optimized Metal Bellows Design: Equipped with 12 bellows convolutions as standard, 50% more than the industry average, which reduces stress on each convolution, effectively extending seal service life and enhancing adaptability to installation tolerances. The bellows convolution profile is optimized by finite element analysis at 45° on the inner diameter, minimizing stress on weld beads and improving structural stability.
2.Superior Corrosion Resistance: The standard bellows material adopts Alloy 276, which has better mechanical properties and corrosion resistance compared with 300 series stainless steel or Alloy 20, effectively adapting to corrosive working conditions and avoiding damage caused by chemical attack on elastomers. The seal face holder and drive end are made of 316L stainless steel as standard for enhanced durability.
3. Cartridge & Modular Construction: Adopts integrated cartridge design for reliable and convenient on-site assembly and disassembly, eliminating complex on-site adjustments and reducing maintenance time and operational difficulty. The modular structure ensures maximum flexibility, allowing for easy adaptation to diverse application requirements.
4. Comprehensive Environmental Port Options: Equipped with quench, flush and drain environmental port options, which can effectively control the working environment of the seal, prevent medium leakage and impurity accumulation, and further improve sealing reliability and service life.
5. Hydraulically Balanced Seal Faces: Adopts hydraulically balanced inboard seal face design, reducing specific pressure on the seal face, minimizing friction and wear, and ensuring stable sealing performance even under high-pressure conditions.
