MOR LBG Metal Bellows Cartridge Seal is a balanced, rotating welded metal bellows cartridge mechanical seal, designed for reliable sealing in high-temperature, corrosive, and crystallizing fluid services in centrifugal pumps and rotating equipment. It features a fully integrated cartridge design for easy installation and zero elastomer dynamic sealing, making it ideal for harsh process conditions.

Balanced Rotating Metal Bellows: Thin-walled welded metal bellows (Inconel/316L) provides uniform face loading, compensates for shaft movement, vibration, and thermal expansion.

Zero Dynamic Elastomers: Eliminates O‑ring hang‑up, degradation, or cold‑flow issues; operates beyond elastomer temperature limits.

Self‑Cleaning Bellows Profile: Rotating design prevents buildup of solids, crystals, or coke; ideal for fouling services.

Hydraulically Balanced: Reduces seal face loading for high‑pressure capability and extended life.

Robust Drive Mechanism: Positive torque transfer via drive lugs/slots; no set screws on shaft.
